Submit Music to the GNA Charts

Any gospel or Christian artist, label, publicist or manager may submit. Submission is free.

Gospel News Access does not accept payment for chart consideration, chart position, or reporter panel membership. Any offer to buy placement will be declined and may be reported.

Before you submit, two honest things

Submitting does not guarantee charting. Submission counts toward the release and submission input, which is 15% of a chart position. The other 85% is reported radio spins and measured streaming movement. Nobody can submit their way onto a chart.
The current tracking week is Friday, September 25 through Thursday, October 1 Pacific. Submissions received after Thursday 11:59 PM Pacific are considered in the following week. Nothing is thrown away.

This form is not switched on yet. The fields below show exactly what will be asked for. Submission is disabled on purpose until the destination inbox is connected, so that nothing you type disappears into nowhere.

What happens after you submit

You receive an automatic reply confirming which tracking week your submission falls into, and restating that submission does not guarantee charting.
Your record is added to the release and submission pool for that week.
If it charts, it appears on the following Tuesday at 12:00 noon Pacific.

Submissions are stored in data/submissions/. Your contact email and any private material are never published.
